Who is the PAC?

Queensbury PAC is a highly active parent-teacher association that supports Queensbury School. The PAC website provides detailed information about the various activities and initiatives currently underway to enhance the educational experience for students.


PAC Meetings

We would like to invite all parents and Queensbury staff to join our regular PAC meetings. Meetings alternate taking place virtually and in-person. We welcome everyone to join us and find out more about what’s happening at the school, help us make decisions, and have your voice heard.

At Queensbury Elementary, we believe that a strong partnership  between parents, educators, and the community is vital to creating an  exceptional learning environment for our children. The Parent Advisory  Committee (PAC) plays a crucial role in fostering this collaboration and  supporting the overall growth and development of our students.


 

Queensbury Elementary PAC is a dedicated group of parents, guardians, teachers, and community members who are committed to enhancing the educational experience of every child at our school. We believe in the power of collective effort and work hand-in-hand with the school administration and staff to promote a positive and nurturing educational atmosphere.

Get Involved

 At Queensbury Elementary PAC, we believe that every parent and guardian has something unique to contribute. Whether you have an hour a month or a few hours a week, your involvement can make a difference. There are various ways to get involved:

  • Attend PAC Meetings: Join us for our regular PAC meetings to stay informed about school happenings and share your valuable input.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: Participate in our volunteer initiatives, events, and fundraisers, where your time and skills can make a meaningful impact.
  • Engage in Discussions: Be part of our open discussions and feedback sessions, as your ideas and opinions matter to us.
  • Join a Committee: Consider becoming a member of one of our committees, such as fundraising, community outreach, or event planning.

Fun Lunch Program

Fun Lunch

Parents, get ready to be the lunchtime heroes your kids deserve! Dive into the world of Fun Lunch with us, and let's make lunchtime the highlight of the school day.


Just some notes about Fun Lunch....

  • If your child is not at school on the day of a particular Fun Lunch and you have not indicated you will be picking it up by 12:30pm, the meal will be donated to a deserving child who does not have a Fun Lunch ordered for that day.
  • Please send cutlery on each Fun Lunch day for your child.


Ordering lunch through Munch-a-Lunch is a breeze!

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process:


1. Login or Create an Account through the Munch-a-Lunch platform.


2. Select Queensbury Elementary, View the Lunch Menu

Browse through the available menu options. 


3. Choose a Lunch Date and Make Your Selections, Add to Cart


4. Review Your Order

Double-check your order in the cart to ensure everything is correct. You can make changes or remove items if needed.


5. Checkout and Payment

On the designated Fun Lunch day, remind your child to look forward to their delicious meal. The school or PAC team will handle the distribution of the ordered lunches.
